WHEN WE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY IN 2011 THERE WERE 2 TREES.  NOW THERE ARE OVER 100.  EACH AND EVERY ONE WERE PLANTED BY MYSELF, MY HUSBAND AND OUR BOYS.  IT'S A LABOR OF LOVE.  IT WOULD HAVE TO BE TO KEEP DIGGING IN THIS CLAY!

Due to making effort to conserve water, we are working on eliminating most of the lawn areas on the property.  We are retaining some smaller areas for puppy play.

Arno ~ Our Stud Dog                                             James ~ fixing sprinklers - Again!                     Dad and James and Chris planting                                                                                                                                                                        another tree!

PUPPIES ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO MAKE SURE WE TAKE OUR BREAKS FOR PLAYTIME.

THE HEN HOUSE NOW TAKES THE PLACE OF THE JUNGLE GYM

The Old Jungle Gym is now gone                                           James and Chris (our Twins) helping prepare for the Hen House             Brianna playing with the Chickens

THE HEN HOUSE

We have 5 hens that provide us plenty of fresh eggs daily

THE DOG HOUSES

OUR FIRST GARDEN AND THE FRUITS FROM THE LABOR

The Garden is much larger now.  Just had too much fun, had to have more.  Doing lots of canning like my Grandma used to do.

Taking a break for a short ride while the guys continue working on the barn.

BUILDING MY SHED....IN THE DARK BY FLASHLIGHT!  JUST NOT ENOUGH DAYLIGHT HOURS!!

TOO MUCH LAWN!  MAKING A DECOMPOSED GRANITE PATIO TO ADD A FIREPIT

Still in progress.  Should be done by end of summer!  Although Asia wants to help she seems to be keeping Dad from getting his work done.

OUR FAMILY

Notice all the trees here in the background where there were none above during the pool repair.  Olives & Pines grow so quickly!
