Central Coast German Shepherds ~ Breeding for Health, Strength, Temperament, Intelligence, Working Ability, Structure & Beauty.   We are a small hobby breeder located in Paso Robles, on the beautiful Central Coast of California.  Because we are not large commercial breeders we can be very selective with each and every breeding that takes place.  Over the years we have had the opportunity to develop relationships with some of the top breeders in Europe enabling us to breed our females to studs with their working titles and championships that compliment our lines.   We feature some of the most renowned West German Show Working Bloodlines in the world!  Our goal is to specialize in providing the highest quality of German Shepherd Dogs & Puppies with families in mind.  We offer exceptional Family Companion, Agility, Service, Protection, Obedience, Therapy puppies, Top Show or Breeding prospects.  If IPO or Schutzhund is of interest to you, our lines are some of the top lines in the world with parents and grandparents titling with  V and VA Ratings.  We strive with each and every breeding to achieve the highest quality possible relative to the breed standard.  Our focus on color is the highly sought after and desirable Deep Red and Blacks & Black and Tans.

As a Hobby Breeder we selectively breed 1-2 litters of German Shepherds per year and maintain a wait list for our puppies.  Our Foundation Breeding Females are all European Imports of the finest World Class Lines.  All of our pups are socialized and family raised in our home.   The special touch from a small breeder gives the puppies an extra advantage.

We provide ENS - Early Neurological Stimulation with the Bio Sensor Program as described further on our "Puppy" page.  We also provide ESI - Early Scent Introductions beginning at 3 days old.  Early Scent Introduction increase nose awareness and confidence.  For puppies that will move onto scent training for various service applications such as Diabetic Alert or Seizure Dogs we will also do Early Scent Imprinting with specific scents to provide advanced awareness to give those puppies a head start for their service training down the road.

Our puppies are raised in a loving family environment on a 2 1/2 acre ranch where they have plenty of room to explore. Although we do have kennels to secure dogs when needed, our dogs do not live in kennels.   Our dogs and puppies are part of our family and live on our property and within our home.  We begin the socialization while they are very young to establish a solid foundation. Together with a strong genetic background and well planned breeding we have consistently produced mentally and physically sound, healthy and gorgeous puppies.

Many of our puppies are reserved prior to birth.  If you are interested in obtaining more information or will be considering purchasing a puppy, be sure to call to get onto our wait list.  There is no charge to be put on a wait list however, to RESERVE a puppy we do accept deposits for your puppy.  Once you have decided you want a Central Coast German Shepherd, we recommend a deposit however, we take a limited number of reservations per litter so if we have a larger litter, we may have unreserved puppies available at time of delivery.  See our "Puppies" page for more information on deposits and warranties provided.

In addition, as a responsible breeder, we are also concerned with the over abundance
of unwanted animals in our shelters.  We work with local organizations & local rescue organizations in efforts to assist in placement of German Shepherds that are lost & surrendered to shelters. Although we are not a Rescue Organization we do offer a courtesy page on this site when we have dogs that need to be rehomed.  We will post dogs and puppies for  "ADOPTIONS" when available.
